Resumen La Constitución mexicana protege los derechos humanos de los jóvenes menores de 18 años privados de su libertad por la infracción de una ley penal en los Centros de tratamiento para adolescentes ante su situación de vulnerabilidad . Los espacios y las políticas a donde son confinados y supervisados por la Comisión Nacional de Derechos Humanos , observando múltiples deficiencias tanto en su infraestructura y en su operatividad , solicitando a todos los actores que interviene tanto a los gobiernos estatales y federal , se realicen acciones que respete los derechos de la niñez que se encuentra en esos lugares reformando el artículo 18 Constitucional en materia de justicia para adolescentes en diciembre de 2005 .

Abstract The Mexican Constitution protects the human rights of young people under 18 years of age deprived of their liberty for violating a criminal law in treatment centers for adolescents due to their situation of vulnerability . The National Human Rights Commission confined and supervised spaces and the policies , it observe multiple deficiencies in infrastructure and operation , requesting all the actors that intervene , the state and federal governments , to carry out actions that respect the rights of children found in those places by reforming article 18 of the Constitution on justice for adolescents in December 2005 .
