Resumen
El presente trabajo se enfocó en las personas mayores adultas que se encuen-
tran privadas de su libertad en un centro de reclusión, tras la comisión de un he-
cho delictivo, son sujetos de investigación convenientes para realizar un estudio
criminológico para la determinación de peligrosidad del mismo, ya que este ayu-
dará a situarlos en el área correcta dentro de la misma, así mismo, este tipo de
población puede proporcionarnos la información necesaria para la comprensión
del acto delictivo como fenómeno social, arrojando el perfil de agresor mediante
la aplicación de entrevistas, así mismo este trabajo muestra los datos estadís-
ticos de los delitos más frecuentes, nivel socioeconómico, religión, escolaridad,
procedencia, entre otros, que servirán para la perfilación.

Abstrac
The present work focused on older adults who are deprived of their liberty in a de-
tention center, after committing a criminal act, are suitable investigative subjects
to conduct a criminological study to determine the danger of the same, and that
this will help to place them in the correct area within it, likewise, this type of popu-
lation can provide us with the necessary information for the understanding of the
criminal act as a social phenomenon, throwing the profile of aggressor through the
application of interviews, likewise this work shows the statistical data of the most
frequent crimes, socioeconomic level, religion, education, origin, among others,
that will serve for profiling.
