fromtheeditor It is just a year since I handed over editorship of Clearview to my colleague, Becky Taylor, who has done a sterling job as editor of both Clearview and sister publication, Pro-Installer. I am glad to see that in the last part of 2013 and this year, this industry - reflecting the wider economy - seems to be moving in the right direction, going forward after so many worrying years in the doldrums. Becky is now on maternity leave and is looking forward with her partner Craig, to the arrival of their first baby at the end of February. I will have to try hard to keep up Becky’s high standards until her return later in the year. I know everyone will join me in wishing Becky and Craig a safe delivery and much joy with the new arrival. CLEARVIEW FORGES AHEAD The past year has seen significant growth for the Clearview Publishing Group, leading to a hectic pre-Christmas move into spacious new offices in Barnsley. The new premises will accommodate an ongoing expansion which has seen the Group increase its portfolio of print and online trade titles and recruit more sales and administrative staff. The industry seems to have changed pace and we are seeing a more positive, dynamic and optimistic outlook. That must have its basis in the
