Leads can flow in natively from a company ’ s website directly into the CRM , via our in-house lead generation portal , or via links to other CRMs such as AdminBase . They are then confirmed , appointed , and allocated to a salesperson to sit the lead .
They appear on a salesperson ’ s app for use in customers ’ homes without the need to be internet-connected during the visit . Once a deal is designed , priced , and agreed , signatures can be recorded on screen and automatically added to the system-generated contract PDF , which is both automatically emailed to the customer and stored in the electronic job file .
The job is then passed electronically to a surveyor who completes a site survey on the same application , while data is collected to compose a H & S review of the impending job . Once a survey is cleared to pass along the chain , purchase orders can be produced and sent to suppliers .
Installation teams ’ diaries can be managed by the application , along with straightforward fitters ’ information packs so they can see where they are going and what they are fitting . Once complete a job satisfaction note can be presented to the customer and signatures can be collected electronically .
