DOORS&WINDOWS
MORE STYLES, MORE COLOURS, MORE CHOICE
Glazerite customers can expect more of just about everything in the trade fabricator’s new and enhanced composite door package – features include online design, quotation and ordering via the company’s new web portal. The portal, built in conjunction with Business Micros, can be personalised and linked to an installer’s website which enables consumers to design their own door online and even superimpose their chosen door on to a photo of their home. After requesting a quotation, and in return for their contact details, they then receive an emailed picture confirming the design as well as their chosen options - a message then follows stating the company will be in touch with a price. The consumer details are immediately emailed to the installation company hosting the portal on their own website allowing them to generate a quotation with their own bespoke version any time of the day. It’s returned to the customer and the door is then shut on the competition.

So it is really frustrating that the door contract is out of step. “We have released the technical report, including full colour pictures, to reassure people that we are on the case. The doors’ installation is not up to scratch and we are continuing to push Kier Stoke to resolve this as quickly as possible.”
