ROTO PATIO PS - The Standard
Hardware for Parallel
Opening & Sliding Windows
and Doors up to 160 kg
The Roto Patio PS standard hardware for
Parallel Slide elements for timber and PVC
profiles enables large windows and balcony
doors with sash weights up to 160 kg to be
operated without hardly any force at all. It is
also catering to the trend towards increasingly
larger window sizes, including in the building
of private homes, while also complying with
the latest energy saving and thermal insulation
regulations with respect to heavy windows
with the corresponding glazing.
The space-saving opening of balcony doors
with Tilt & Slide sashes, instead of TurnOnly sashes, permits optimum use of space as
no sashes project into the room. With Roto
Patio PS the sashes are not tilted when being
opened, but rather parallel retracted and slid
easily to one side. This in turn means that
even large and heavy window elements can be
effortlessly moved.
Tilt & Slide doors allow comfortable access
to patios, balconies, conservatories or glazed
extensions, but are also ideal for use in
kitchens, work rooms and offices.
Suitable for:
• Parallel Slide systems made of timber and
PVC frame materials
• Sash rebate height up to 2350 mm
• Sash weights up to 160 kg
• Easy to operate Tilt & Slide elements
Roto Patio PS is the ideal solution for spacesaving balcony and patio doors or windows.
The newly developed bogies, with spring-type
actuator and new scissors slider with integrated
damper, enable a particularly comfortable and
power-saving operation of even the largest and
heaviest Tilt & Slide elements.
This very simple operation means that
balcony doors equipped with the Roto Patio
PS hardware system are just perfect for use
in properties with various types of users. The
logical operating procedure is self-explanatory,
and therefore opening and closing the sash is
an intuitive process.
ROTO DOORSAFE ENEO C/CC Electromechanical Multi-Point
Locking Systems for Doors
No doubt you’ve been in the situation of
standing at the door with your hands full
after going shopping or in other everyday
situations. Retrieving the key to the door can
definitely be a tiresome chore, not to mention
how inconvenient it is to open the door with
things still in your hands.
For situations like this (or simply for the sake
of convenience) there’s the Roto DoorSafe
Eneo C/CC, the electromechanical multi
point locking system for main-entrance
doors. With this, the door can be unlocked
comfortably by radio or various access control
systems. As soon as the door is closed again,
the lock locks electrically and automatically.
