Teaming up for
telemarketing
success
Major trade fabricator Emplas is
the latest name in the industry
to reap the rewards of Insight
Data’s telemarketing service.
The company carried out
two telesales campaigns as
a follow on from a direct
mail flyer, with the aim of
identifying hot prospects that
were ready to be converted
into customers.
Insight’s telemarketing team
called installers to line up hot
leads and appointments for
the Emplas sales team and
encouraged installers to email
or fax through for quotes.
Installers satisfied with their
current supplier were asked
what a new supplier would
have to offer in order for them
to consider a change, with
part of the strategy to position
Emplas in ‘the waiting room’
should suppliers let them down
in the future.
In total, 51% of companies
requested further information,
agreed to fax/email through
a quote, or confirmed an
appointment.
