Keeping Hallmark One Step Ahead
Phil Wright began his long career with Hallmark
working the night shift in despatch - but that was
26 years ago. From that modest beginning, he
has worked his way up the ladder to the position
of Production Director, and today, is a much
valued and key member of the Hallmark team.

His latest project has been very much
focussed on the launch of Hallmark’s next
generation twin rebate door which Phil has
been instrumental in developing, using his in-
depth knowledge based on previous experience
in manufacturing the earlier door. That
experience – and his extraordinary energy, has
proved invaluable in perfecting the tra
