the prestigious Woburn Golf Club.
Billed as the Deceuninck Championship
Golf Experience, around 90 of the industry’s
keenest golfers arrived for breakfast and a spot
of driving and putting practice before setting
off to the four corners of the Duke’s course for
a shotgun start.
The golfers found the fairways to be a real
challenge. The popular opinion of the golfers
as they hit the 19th hole was that it was a real
privilege to play Woburn, but some of their
golf didn’t always match the setting.
