Just How Elite Can It Get?
Hallmark has made significant investment in its business
over recent years, and with this its 20th Anniversary,
the company is preparing to launch a new range
of 44mm single rebated composite doors.

talks to Clearview regarding the
development of the new door
and glass range, the benefits to
the customer and other new
products and services Hallmark
is introducing to help support its
customers.
“I have been with Hallmark
Panels for 24 years working at the
coalface of the business, spending
time with fabricators and installers
and understanding their needs for
PVCu and composite doors.
“This in-depth knowledge
of our customers has guided
the continual development of
our new 44mm single rebate
composite door range and
extensive range of glass designs
and in fact, that of other products
we have launched at Hallmark, as
well.” Phil adds.
The new range of composite
doors has been introduced to
complement the company’s
existing ‘Elite Modern’ composite
door range. The range has been

exclusively designed by Hallmark
and comprises of a vast choice of
energy rated, triple glazed glass
and glazing designs as well as the
most up-to-date high security
hardware and weather sealing
features available.
Phil continues: “The new door
has been exclusively designed by
Hallmark. Working alongside
our door slab manufacturer, we
wanted to produce a composite
door which was unique to us and
allowed us to offer our customers
something different.
“Utilising WHS Halo 70mm
Chamfered and Rustique
reinforced outer frames, the
overall appearance of the door
and frame is less-obtrusive and
being able to offer colour banded
edges enables us to offer any RAL
colour, a definite must in today’s
market.”
The Elite 44mm composite
doors are offered in a choice of
seven standard colours, with the
option of colour matching to
an array of RAL colour choices.
Fitted with the latest state-of theart, high security multipoint lock
and cylinder, the door has been
given Secured by Design status
after conforming to PAS24/23
part 1. Other hardware benefits
include high quality, three-way
adjustable security hinges and
a slam-shut heritage lock for
further visual enhancement,
requiring no external
hardware.
“The new 44mm single
rebate door range needed
to hold all the qualities and
choices of our current 68mm
twin rebated door range. So,
we set about developing a
comprehensive package which
would incorporate; French doors,
side and top lights, cottage and
stable door options, a complete
solution.
“We work with a number of
large fabricators, nationally and
it is important to us that we have
a full product range, suitable
to cover all the requirements
of their customer’s individual
needs. Each customer is different
and Hallmark has the ability
to provide uniqueness from
our product range for their
requirements.
“Whether it is the glass or door
design or a twin or single rebated
system, we set about ensuring the
customer’s requirements are met.”
