M70 PROFILE GOES UP THE M77
Andrew Wright Windows, a long-standing VEKA
fabricator has adopted VEKA UK’s M70 profile
for the benefit of customers across Scotland.

Prepping facility proves popular

investment at the Bootle Manufacturing
plant, ODL Europe opened its new in-house
composite door prepping service earlier this year.
The bespoke door prepping service has proved to
be popular addition to their growing customer
base due to the company’s flexible approach.
Nathan Barr, ODL Europe’s Managing
Director, explains: “Our in-house door
prepping facility has been designed to work
with our customers and offers a range of
flexible services to meet their individual needs.
From simple door sizing to a fully prepped
door service with or without edge banding,
we’ve got all your door prep requirements
covered with a totally bespoke service to suit
the needs of our customers.”
Prepping of ODL Europe’s market-leading
TriSYS glazing cassette and Capstone door
slab can be carried out together for total
product consistency. The new door prepping
service is part of a wider programme of
investment for ODL Europe. The company
recently commissioned a further 15,000 sq
ft of manufacturing space at their Bootle
headquarters to given an overall capacity
of 61,229 sq ft and help drive further
efficiencies.

vertical adjustment of +/- 3 mm for accurate
alignment, the system features an enhanced
double ‘soft-close’ which allows the sliding
door to close smoothly and with no noise.
It has been tested to 100,000 cycles in
accordance with EN1527/EN1670.
