Abbey Windows (Thames Valley)
Ltd is the latest discerning
installation company to chose
TruFrame as its trade frame
partner, having recently signed a
four-year sole supply agreement
with the Melton Mowbray based
manufacturer.
The offer of valued marketing
support and an impressive
product range, that includes
the recently introduced fully
mechanically jointed Refine™
window, were key in the decision
for Abbey Window to commit to
a four-year deal.
Neil Whitehead, managing
director of Abbey Windows
commented: “TruFrame really
is a forward thinking business,
focussed on taking our business
forward. We’ve already built a
great reputation in the Thames
Valley area in terms of service,
quality and products, but I believe
together we can enhance our
reputation further.”
Patrick Firmager, marketing
director of TruFrame concluded:
“We’re absolutely delighted to sign
a four-year agreement with Abbey
Windows, over which time we will
be meeting its most exacting needs
of impeccable service, hands on
marketing support and product
innovation, as our new Refine™
brand clearly shows. This will be a
great partnership for us both.”

two new products; SmartClose and SmartStop,
underlining Schueco’s commitment to
innovation, operational safety and engineering
excellence.
SmartClose makes the closing action effortless
by converting the energy generated by the initial
pull on the sliding vent into momentum that
carries the vent smoothly along the length of its
track until its final soft insertion into the frame.
The action is similar to the soft-closing doors and
drawers found in many contemporary kitchens.
Schueco SmartStop employs a controlled
soft braking action that allows the vent to be
drawn smoothly along its track but brings it to

a stop prior to closing, when it can be locked
in the normal way. This makes the door safer
and more user-friendly. SmartStop, which like
SmartClose is mounted on the upper profile
of the door, is suitable for vents weighing up
to 400 kg.
Both products are simple to install and easy
to adjust to suit a particular installation. They
are primarily designed for Schueco ASS 50 and

“Kirkman Joinery now has
two amazing new sales tools.
They are safe in the knowledge
that its new website passes the

high jumping them above its

And the sales team now have a
