Roofing System Celebrates One

month. Adrian Keegan, Flair’s Sales and Marketing Manager, explains the reasons behind
the introduction of Space and discusses why he believes it has been so well received…

window and door fabrication company,
making windows and doors in the
Kommerling O70 and C70 profiles, as well as
the PremDoor Lift and Slide patio doors and
supplying the Solidor composite door.
“We wanted to become a company where
our customers could purchase everything
under one roof. We supplied silicon, fixings
and architraves through our trade counter so
we needed a conservatory roof to supplement
our main source of business.
“Since its launch last year, Space has gone
from strength to strength. We’ve received some
great feedback particularly that our installers
are receiving less service calls. Our customers
also appreciate that they can now order
everything from one company, which saves
them time and money.
“We offer good marketing support and
provide a same-day quotation and CAD
service, where we produce a drawing of the
proposed conservatory, which is a big hit with
the homeowner, as well as a 5-day delivery,
nationwide.
“Every roof is supplied with fitting
instructions and is available in polycarbonate
or glass options. It includes the original
patented glass support, which ensures no
movement of the glass panels within the roof
structure, as well as a structural eaves beam
that has the unique ability to span bi folds
up to 5.7m with a glass roof. When we took
the Space roofing system to the FIT Show the
feedback it received was fantastic.

we are now training new staff to fabricate
the roofs to accommodate increased demand
and to celebrate the first year of Space, Flair
