NEW COUNTRY MANAGER BUILDS TEAM

continuing growth within the
UK, Olivier Vincent joins the
company as Country Manager.
Bringing with him over twenty
years of experience within the
fenestration industry, Olivier will
be responsible for developing the
market as well as driving sales and
technical organisation.
Specialising in finance,
operations and sales, Olivier
brings with him extensive
knowledge of Building Systems
operations, having previously
worked across the Hydro Group
as General Manager for Technal
France and Chief Operations
Officer for Sapa France. Most
recently, Olivier has been
successfully managing the Technal
Export business and specialised
Industry applications under the
French Askey brand.
Commenting on his new
role, Olivier said: “I am looking
forward to working with the UK
business to drive our strategic
ambitions. This is a challenging
time for the business with Brexit
imminent, but we are also
experiencing exciting innovations
within the business, such as our
post-consumer scrap initiative.”

Business Support Strengthened
at Hardware Giant

appointed for Carl F Groupco’s Marketing and
IT departments. The company’s latest recruits
join the hardware distributor to support its focus
on innovation, communication and service.
Charlotte Edwards takes the post of
Marketing Assistant, reporting to Marketing
Manager Clare White: previous posts for
Charlotte have included Digital Content
Assistant. Joshua Agger reports Steve Lamb,
Carl F Groupco’s head of IT: he takes the role
of IT Support Technician which is the role he
fulfilled at his last company.
Charlotte will assist in Marketing functions
including advertising, PR, social media and
online promotion for the company’s extensive
hardware range. Current focus includes
publicity for SmartSecure, the Smart locking
and access control innovation pioneered
by Carl F Groupco in 2016 which put the
company at the forefront of Smart tech
solutions.
The support role for Joshua will include
assisting colleagues with their IT requirements
and contributing to the development of
programmes such as Carl F Groupco’s
established CRM and MRP systems that
enable the company to maintain its stringent
service levels.

further strengthened its sales management
team with the appointment of Katrina Earl as
Head of Sales. Katrina has been with working
within the Epwin business for the past four
years and takes up her new position with
immediate effect.
In her new role, Katrina will be responsible
for the external sales team and will be
instrumental in helping drive new sales
opportunities for the vast range of products
available from the Epwin Window Systems’
stable.
Commenting on her appointment, Katrina
