DELIVERING THE WOW FACTOR

»»
WHEN ENDURANCE Doors approached Business Micros last year, to help them develop a new online Door Designer, they had already decided they wanted a bespoke solution that would set them apart from the rest of the composite door market.
With Business Micros already enjoying a reputation as the‘ go to’ provider of design and ordering software for the composite and PVCu door market, Endurance Doors chose
the company they knew were the industry experts.
Whilst it would have been perfectly possible for Business Micros to provide a version of one of its more off the shelf solutions, Endurance Doors wanted to be able to offer its own online designer that would give it a real wow factor.
The vision of Endurance Doors, combined with the experience and technical expertise of Business Micros, has delivered exactly that, a unique Door
Designer that works equally well for the fabricator, the installer and the homeowner, and is effectively future-proofed ready for further expansion and added functionality.
Business Micros’ Managing Director, Graeme Bailey“ Endurance Doors has invested significant time and money with us in getting a solution which, I believe, now sets the benchmark for the doors sector.”

Spearheading growth

A FAST GROWING ALUMINIUM trade fabricator has reappointed industry marketing specialists, Purplex, to help spearhead growth over the next 12 months.
The Window Outlet, who are based in Bristol, had no hesitation in signing a new agreement with Purplex after the initial multi-channel marketing campaign helped the fabricator turnover £ 1m in their first year.
Managing Director, Ben Warren explains,“ The aluminium trade supply market is very competitive, so I knew if The Window Outlet was going to be a success I would need to invest in marketing. I reviewed my options and contacted Purplex, largely because they have a proven track record in the industry and can offer a wide range of marketing services. As a start-up business we didn’ t have a huge budget, but Purplex were able to recommend a strategy that would generate maximum bang for our buck. Purplex started by putting the foundations in place, designing our brand and building our website, before moving on to email marketing and direct mail to generate leads.
“ We received over 300 quotes from the first newsletter, a staggering result considering we only circulated it to 2,000 companies and we’ ve since had over 1,000 leads from our various marketing activities.”
