three days, many of them laughed.

helps installer raise
money for local charity

installer Caddy Windows opened
its new showroom and used the
occasion to raise money for a local
hospice, they knew they could
rely on The Window Outlet for
support.
The two companies have forged
a close relationship over the
past two years and have worked
together on numerous high end
aluminium projects.
Caddy Windows contracts
manager, Nick Porter commented:
“The showroom is designed to
display our extensive product
portfolio in the best possible light,
so we’re very grateful to Ben and
his team for their generous gift.”
The Window Outlet’s donation
was a typical gesture from a
fabricator that routinely goes
the extra mile for its clients.
Managing director Ben Warren

Window Outlet, I wanted to
build a business that puts the
customer at the very heart of its
operations.
“For example, we strive to
offer shorter lead times than our
competitors and a 24 hour quote
turnaround, simply because
we know our trade customers
are often working to very
tight deadlines. As for Caddy

installer and one of our most
loyal trade clients – and we were
delighted to be able to support
them in the opening of their new
showroom.”

Henderson’s Securefold Ultra was
shortlisted by the judging panel
looking for products that offer a
solution to the challenges, regulations
and standards facing housebuilders.
If successful in June, Securefold
Ultra will be automatically entered
into the ‘Best Product’ category of
the Housebuilder Awards 2016 in
November with the chance of being
crowned ‘Product of the Year’ as
winners.

the company is now set to open
a new 25,000 sq ft factory in
Peterlee in the coming months
that will be dedicated to only
manufacturing bi-folding
doors.
Terry explains: “We’re an
entrepreneurial firm at TWR
and we invested a lot of
time and money to fulfil our
ambition to bring lead times
down on aluminium bi-folding
doors, to three days.”
Terry says that Purplex’s
business-like approach and
focus on growth has helped his
company countless times over
the years.
