Composite Wood Company’s garden
room grabbed the attention of visitors
to the stand at this year’s FIT Show.
»»The design of the room
included 70mm insulated
wall panels of composite
wood and a highly insulated
metrotile roof. This gave it
a timber look and made it a
space you could use all year
round.
“We are amazed with the
reaction our products received
at the FIT Show,” said Tony
Pratt, Sales Director of the
Composite Wood Company.
“Our stand was packed with
visitors from the very start of
the show to the very end.
“We could tell from the
many sale leads generated
that people see composite
wood as a valuable product
when thinking about the future
of their businesses.”

In the lead up to the event
the Composite Wood Company
ran a competition on Facebook
and Twitter to win the garden
room on their stand, receiving
over 1,000 entries.
A panel of judges, including
FIT Show Director Matthew
Glover, choose Tony Dosanjh
of Derby as the winner. In his
entry, Tony said that he would
use the garden room as a
sensory and relaxation room for
his five year old son who has
Cerebral Palsy.
“It was a really touching way
to end the show. Tony’s entry
really struck a chord with us
and we hope that the garden
room will be a real benefit to
Tony’s son and their whole
family,” added Tony Pratt.
