Sign up to CMS Quality Mark
»»WITH ALMOST 20 YEARS’
experience in supplying windows, doors
and conservatories to the trade, HWL Trade
Frames prides itself on offering high quality
products backed with excellent customer
service. In turn, this is what it has come to
expect from the service providers it partners
with and is nothing short on what it gets from
its latest partnership with CENSolutions.
“We recently made the switch to
CENSolutions after we felt our previous
certification suppliers were no longer
representative of the current market,” explains
Graham Howatson, Operations Director at
HWL. “We didn’t feel there were enough
quality checks taking place and weren’t happy
with the level of service we were receiving.
CENSolutions came highly recommended to
us, so we met with the team and it was agreed
that their CMS Quality Mark compliance
packages would suit the needs of our
business.
Rob Small, Independent Consultant for
CENSolutions, adds, “It’s been a pleasure
taking HWL Trade Frames through our CMS
Quality Mark. Working in close cooperation
with ER Certification, we have been able to
ensure compliance has been achieved quickly
and efficiently, which is a credit to them as a
manufacturer.”

offers a way for this to take place without
unduly disrupting an individual’s work, or that
of the company as a whole.
“26 of our surveyors and installation
team members were assessed over a number
of months, with the final certificates being
awarded by the Glass Qualifications Authority
(GQA) – a trusted and specialist organisation in
our industry.

DEMAND FOR TELEMARKETING SERVICE GROWS
»»INSIGHT DATA, THE
specialist data provider for the
window industry, has expanded
its call centre to handle an
increased demand for its
telemarketing service.
The Company provides
specialist outbound telemarketing
services for lead generation,
product and service promotion,
market research and customer
surveys.
Jade Greenhow, Operations
Manager at Insight Data
commented, “We’ve seen a
significant increase in demand
for telemarketing. With everyone
busier than ever before and
bombarded with marketing
messages, it is increasingly

difficult to stimulate a response to
traditional and digital marketing
methods. But a telephone call
cuts through all the ‘white noise’
and demands attention.”
Telemarketing is best used
following up a direct mail or
email campaign, which creates
some awareness and leaves
recipients more responsive to
taking a call.
Insight Data has a dedicated
call centre equipped with stateof-the-art telecoms and software
systems. Telemarketing personnel
are full-time employees who are
hand-picked and professionally
trained in call-handling. They
also undertake a monthly window
industry training programme so
they understand the supply chain
and products.
Insight Data is an accredited
member of the Direct Marketing
Association, and all calls comply
with the Telephone Preference
Service (TPS and CTPS) to meet
current legislation.
