As well as supplying popular paler shades, such as Chartwell Green, Duck Egg Blue and Dove Grey, the in-house service can cater for a full range of bespoke RAL colours, says Phoenix Doors’ Sales Director, Haydon Statham. Customers will also benefit from reduced lead times and improvements in quality and competitive cost for both standard and nonstandard colours. Haydon comments: “Our in-house painting service means there will be a beneficial impact on costs and lead times as we are not relying on a third party; thereby controlling our own destiny in this area. We have recruited a key skilled member of staff with 20 years’ paint spraying experience and the door finishes are outstanding, we are all very impressed. “In following the general market trend for colour, we believe this is a sound investment backed by the MASCO Group and ensures we can continue to offer market-leading, high-performance door products designed for the 21st century.” Haydon adds.
