BUSINESSNEWS SOFTWARE LAUNCH THRICE AS NICE FOR TRADE LEADS » LEADS 2 TRADE IS SET to strengthen its position as the UK’s leading provider of double qualified sales leads with the launch of three new software systems in 2020. The Stockport-based firm, which provides leads for companies in the home improvement industry, is re- investing in its technology to increase the quality of service to its members. From January, members have been able to advantage of new contractor appointment booking software, have access to a new sales lead vault and soon will also be able to integrate with the new Leads 2 Trade app. The appointment booking software will provide members with a new easy to use electronic diary system built into the members area dashboard to allocate appointments to their sales teams and will include a new automated SMS messaging platform. The lead vault, which only certain members will be given access too, will be a new area within the members area dashboard that will display leads that have been qualified by Leads 2 Trade’s contact centre but have not been sold due to, for example, product type or lack of postcode area coverage. Andy Royle, Leads 2 Trade’s co-founder and Managing Director, explained: “2019 has been a busy year for Leads 2 Trade with changes to nearly every element of our business designed to streamline the lead generation process. “We firmly intend to continue to deliver the very best service to our members in 2020 and these exciting new software developments will further strengthen the quality of the leads we supply.” Two years ago, Leads 2 Trade introduced their premium lead delivery methods for members, set against a standard lead that is just supplied via email or text message, including pre-qualified hotkey telephone leads and a revolutionary appointment booking service. And, according to Andy, it’s the continuous development of these services that puts Leads 2 Trade head and shoulders above their competitors. “One of the reasons behind our growth as a business is we never stop improving,” added Andy. “We want to provide our members with the best opportunity possible for them to convert leads into revenue and the changes we are making in 2020 will help them to do just that.” www.leads2trade.co.uk 94 » M AR 2020 » CL EARVI E W- UK . C O M Finance specialist named the UK’s 23rd fastest growing business » IMPROVEASY, THE UK’S leading home improvement finance principal has been named the 23rd fastest-growing privately- owned company in the UK. That’s according to the annual Sunday Times Virgin Atlantic Fast Track 100 report, which ranks companies on their performance over the past three years. Manchester-based Improveasy secured their place following a remarkable three years of consistent year-on-year growth. In fact, Improveasy has grown by an astonishing 138% in the last year alone. Managing Director, Austin Barcley attributes their overwhelming performance to the success of their flexible finance packages, helping hundreds of installers nationwide answer the changing buying habits of today’s consumer. Austin comments: “I know I speak on behalf of the entire Improveasy team when I say we couldn’t be more proud to be listed in the 2019 Fast Track 100. This tremendous achievement is a real testament to the dedication of our team who work tirelessly to support our trade partners and get them ‘finance ready’. “With millions of pounds of finance being written every month by our network, it proves that point-of-sale finance has quickly gone from an optional extra to an absolute must-have for every installer. All the signs point towards a busy 2020 on all fronts with new installers taking advantage of our service and more business being won and fulfilled through finance. “Despite our successful year, we’re not taking our foot off the gas. Instead, we’re launching a number of exciting new services and expanding our customer support throughout the year, all with the aim of helping our network accelerate their sales and maximise every opportunity in 2020.” Alongside the roll out of new products and services, Improveasy will be continuing support for their popular 0% APR and ‘Buy Now Pay Later’ finance packages. All these services and much more are available for installers to offer at the point of sale. By partnering with Improveasy, installers not only avoid the stressful process of becoming FCA approved, but can be fully trained and up and running within just a matter of days. Finance applications are completed online with an instant credit decision and once the project is completed, funds are with the installer within a couple of days. www.offercustomersfinance.com
