INDUSTRYNEWS The team behind the ‘Therm » AT ICOTHERM WE PUT A LOT OF time and effort into giving our customers what they need. This can only work with a dedicated team of people who are both highly knowledgeable and ready to go the extra step. Our customer service team has gone though some changes in the last few months, with new staff joining us and new responsibilities being assigned. So, if you contact us looking for a quote, or have got a product enquiry, these are the people you are likely to be talking to: • Dave Escott, R&D and office manager, has been at Icotherm for five years. Dave has a wealth of experience in technical design, including six years with Apropos as a design engineer specialising in Architectural glazing. In a “previous life” he was also a bus driver. His spare time is spent mainly with his family, he has four daughters… • Dean Killan, customer service and order processing, has been at Icotherm for nearly two years. Dean initially joined us to work on the shop floor and made is way up to the office. He previously worked at Velfac, part of Velux, as a technical processor. Dean plays the guitar and is a keen footballer (although how keen, we’re not sure…) • Rob Grant, customer service and order processing joined us last summer. Rob has been in the industry for over 20 years, having worked in similar roles with leading businesses, including Ultraframe and K2; he came to us from Specialised. Rob is a very keen (he speaks about it a lot) pool player and has qualified for the Lancashire Pool Association team. Congratulations! ABOUT ICOTHERM: Icotherm Roof Systems is a trading name of Iconservatories Limited. Icotherm Roof Systems designs and manufactures a range of timber framed warm roof solutions for the trade. Our most popular solution, Icoroof – the original pitched roof, has sold in the thousands since its inception in 2014. If you get to speak to one of them, maybe you’ll have something more in common with them than just the Icotherm roof. Contact them on [email protected] for a quote.
