‘TOP PERFORMER’ BECOMES NEW SALES DIRECTOR

announced the appointment of Rob Waller
as its new Sales Director, with Gary Bristow
moving into an ‘ambassadorial’ role.
The promotion is just the latest
development in what has been a huge 18
months for the company. GJB was taken
over by former Deceuninck MD Roy Frost
in 2017 and now forms part of the GJB
Holdings group, which also includes sister
company Listers Central.
The company, one of the UK’s largest
Eurocell fabricators, has also been able to
introduce the new high-impact marketing
support package ‘Make It Yours’, an online
ordering portal ‘Easy Connect’ and opened a
new showroom at GJB that features all their
product lines.
Roy Frost, CEO of GJB Holdings, said:

myself with talent and to develop and
promote top performers into senior positions
in our group. The team is in place for
us to really push on again in 2019 and

further strengthened its sales management
team with the internal appointment of Katrina
Earl as Head of Sales.
Katrina has been working within the Epwin
business for the past four years and takes up her
new position with immediate effect.
In her new role, Katrina will be responsible for
the external sales team and will be instrumental
in helping drive new sales opportunities for the
vast range of products available from the Epwin
Window Systems’ stable.
Katrina said: “We are very proud to be
the UK’s largest manufacturer and supplier
of PVC-U systems and I am delighted to
head the sales for the business. The quality
and innovation of our products is second
to none and is matched by the quality and
commitment of our staff. We are fortunate
to have a professional and proactive customer
base too that is well placed to help us deliver
ongoing sales growth.”
Previously holding sales management positions
within Epwin, Katrina has helped build the
company’s well-respected position in the market.
Her appointment as Head of Sales reflects the
strength of her abilities and her commitment to
the success of Epwin Window Systems.

door fabricator CDW Systems
has completed a hat trick of new
appointments.
Graeme Purves joins the
Gloucester firm as an additional
Sales Estimator. He brings with him
a wealth of experience with over 20
years in the industry working with
prominent aluminium window and
door fabricators. Graeme also spent

over 13 years in the Army serving
with The Royal Signals in Germany
and on tours of the Falklands,
Cyprus and Turkey.
Also new to the team is Ben
Callaghan who takes up the role
of Sales Order Processor to bolster
the Processing Department.
Joining from the automotive
industry, Ben will work alongside
CDW’s busy sales team to ensure
that customer orders are processed
correctly and efficiently.
Last, but not least, CDW
welcomes Steve Davies to
the team as their Account
Administrator. After almost a
decade in the hospitality and
leisure sector in Gloucestershire
and Worcestershire, Steve brings
his expertise in accounting
and financial management
to the specialist aluminium
fabricator.
