After previously giving 30 years long service to the West Midlands based company BSR (British Sound Reproductions) in their factory making record players, Shirley joined M. Marcus Ltd in 1995 to take up the sole position of master keying operative. Throughout her long service with M. Marcus Ltd Shirley has held positions as supervisor within the pinning department and worked very closely with their customer base within the sales office. Commercial Manager Neil Sheane-Smith commented “Shirley takes great pride in the fact that she was responsible for the construction of the very first master keyed Iseo product distributed in the UK and has been a true stalwart of the Iseo brand within the M. Marcus business.
