»»SINCE LAST YEAR, ROSEVIEW
managing director Willie Kerr has been
delivering two half day courses - one
designed to improve product knowledge
and one explaining how to survey and
install sash windows.
“We’ve been delighted by the success of
the sash training school,” said Willie. “The
two courses give us a chance to put to
bed the outdated myths and stereotypes
about sash windows being difficult to fit.
We all know the market is getting more
competitive, and installers now need
high-quality products to help them stand
out from the crowd. By the end of the
course all delegates should understand
how our sash windows differ to others on
the market. Demand is such that I’m now
running one per week and we’re planning
to increase this over the coming months.”
Marketing manager Mike Bygrave
followed on from Willie’s comments: “The
courses are free and give us the chance to
show our commitment to our customers.
The aim is to equip our installers with the
knowledge they need to sell and fit sash
windows – all they have to do is give us a
call to book their place.”
