C O M »»A Carl F Groupco employee is celebrating twenty years with the company. Jason Hart joined Groupco in 1995 as a Warehouse Operative. He has continued his career with the company, which is now known as Carl F Groupco, supporting the hardware supplier in all aspects of warehouse duties. Jason is a member of the warehouse team providing essential product storage and despatch duties. His role supports Carl F Groupco’s strong customer service focus which is backed by the company’s On Time in Full delivery (OTIF) target. Jason enjoys all aspects of his work and has taken the new systems that have been implemented to support the organisation’s expansion, in his stride. The Carl F Groupco team spirit plays a key role in Jason’s job satisfaction. He keeps his colleagues smiling, and sometimes groaning, with his jokes and in 2013, he captained a company team to victory in a major annual music quiz.
