Seven things you
didn’t know about...
Warmer Roof prides itself on delivering the
warmest roof on the market. Easy to fit, with a
fast turnaround, no risk of condensation, and the
lowest U value of any roof system, what more
is there to know? Well here’s seven things you
might not have heard about Warmer Roof yet…

Warmer Roof provides a full timber replacement roofing system, in either pitched
or flat roof format and as such we do not have metal roof inserts to act as tie bars
and therefore there is no risk of condensation within the roof structure, through cold
bridging. Using our industry leading Timber CNC machining centre, our timbers are cut
to millimetre precision so your roof fits right first time every time. Importantly even if a
mistake has been made on survey you can easily amend a timber construction roof like
Warmer Roof, which is either difficult or impossible with an aluminium system.

Warmer Roof, because
of its construction, is
the easiest and fastest roof
to assemble and we have
customers who are fitting
the roof system within the
day. Because we use a SIP
(Structurally Integrated
Panel) type construction with
insulation already built in, there
is no need for cross battening
like aluminium roof systems.

Warmer Roof has a ‘U’ value of just 0.14Wm 2 K
on its pitched roofing system which makes us
have the warmest standard roof system on the market
today. Therefore with no need to add extra insulation
to our standard system, to achieve this low ‘U’ value,
we do not incur extra costs for our customers. Our flat
roofing system achieves a ‘U’ value of 0.15Wm 2 K.

Warmer Roof offers a
five-day turnaround from
receipt of order confirmation
to delivery on our pitched roof
and a seven-day turnaround
on our flat roof system. All our
roofs are delivered on our own
transport preferably to site, or
our customers premises. We
are currently achieving a 99.94%
customer satisfaction rating.
