Epwin Window Systems is the UK’s largest manufacturer and supplier of PVC-U window and door systems and has some of the best-known brands in the sector: Swish, Spectus, Profile 22 and PatioMaster. As an indication of the success of the campaign, Epwin Window Systems’ social media engagement rate was 28% higher than its nearest rival in the week before the show. Another of the central features of the campaign was the launch of Stellar, its groundbreaking new aluminium system. Taking the name Stellar as the starting point, the promotions were based around the theme of space and the introduction of a new star performer. The campaign also included a prize draw that over 500 people entered to win an Apple Space iWatch S4 worth over £500. The industry-leading PVCu systems supplier not only unveiled a brand new product at the show, but also claimed a FIT Award, welcomed two Kitemark presentations from the BSI, announced Independent Network’s official partnership with Which? Trusted Traders, celebrated a major birthday, and received overwhelmingly positive feedback on the products displayed. The ‘big news’ on stand J55 was the unveiling of VEKA UK Group’s latest innovation. The company chose the 2019 FIT Show to launch its exclusive new ultramatt surface technology SPECTRAL to the industry, which prompted a great response from visitors. Marketing Director Dawn Stockell explains: “We chose to introduce this unique material to customers at the FIT Show, so they could see it up close, and get to grips with the finish for themselves. We’re understandably very proud of this technology, and we were delighted to hear the feedback from customers at the Show.
