Seven things
you didn’t know
about… Senior
Architectural
Systems
From its head office in South
Yorkshire, Senior Architectural Systems
has grown to become the largest
privately owned fenestration systems
company in the UK, designing and
manufacturing a full range of aluminium
windows, doors and curtain walling.
1. COMMITTED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE
Did you know that when Senior was first established back in
1991, the company pledged to ‘give the customer what they want,
when they want it’ and this has remained the official motto ever
since? As a privately owned UK-based company, and with no
red tape or overseas parent company to consult, over the last
27 years Senior’s commitment to putting the customer first has
helped to create a personal, flexible and reliable way of doing
business. Senior has also gone on to put together a package of
benefits for its network of trade installers and fabricators that
includes everything from technical advice and training, to PR and
marketing support and access to exclusive sales tools.
» » A FAMILIAR FACE IN THE COMMERCIAL SECTOR,
Senior is now making a name for itself in the domestic market but
here are some facts about the company that you may not know…
2. KEEPING IT IN HOUSE
As well as Senior’s HQ in Denaby Main near Doncaster, the
company has distribution centres in Wales and Scotland, and
plenty of space to keep the shelves well stocked. By investing
in in-house resources, such as the company’s state of the art
powder coating facility which is one of the largest and most
technically advanced in the UK, Senior has become well known
for being able to reduce lead times and offer reliable delivery
dates. Senior even has its own fleet of 17 five star eco delivery
vehicles that make regular deliveries across the UK and Ireland.
3. ONE STOP SHOP
Whatever contract you are working on, chances are that Senior has what you need. The company’s established presence in the commercial sector
has led to development of a full range of aluminium glazing products, from slimline curtain walling, high performance windows and robust doors to
shop front, roof and secondary glazing solutions. Contractors working on domestic residential projects have also benefitted from the launch of
Senior’s Ali range of aluminium patio and bi-folding doors and slim line windows. But did you know that there’s more to Senior’s product offering
than sleek and stylish aluminium? The company’s popular Hybrid range combines high quality aluminium on the exterior with attractive timber on
the inside, giving customers the best of both worlds with the reassurance of working with one sole tried and tested supplier.
