Bristol manufactures the highest
quality Spectus PVCu and Smart
Aluminium systems supplying
primarily to the trade in Bristol
and the South.
Set up in 1983, the company
initially concentrated on
manufacturing both commercial
and domestic aluminium
windows and doors, using
the Smarts System. In 1985,
following the increasing trend for
PVCu products, it began to also
manufacture PVCu windows and
doors, choosing the renowned
Spectus Systems, which offered

a complete range of product
profiles, maintaining a strong
relationship with both these
suppliers ever since.
In 2011, the growing business
demanded a move to a new
40,000 sq ft site in Bishopsworth,
Bristol, with further expansion
leading to the purchase of
an additional factory nearby,
which will soon become the
dedicated home for the company’s
aluminium production.
Recent years have seen the
introduction of a number of new
products including composite
doors and both PVCu and

aluminium vertical sliders. June
2016 also saw the launch of
Trade Windows newest PVCu
range with production of the
premium Residence 9 system, to
be manufactured alongside the
current production of more than
800 Spectus frames per week.
QUALITY IS PARAMOUNT
Quality is recognised as
paramount here and after
following the BSI scheme since
2001 the business switched
in 2011 to sign up with
CENSolutions, to help ensure
both high quality and compliance
with industry regulations, and has
achieved a number of gold, silver
and bronze CMS certifications.
Additionally, the company
holds no less than 5 WERS
covering A+, A and C rated
windows in a range of different
product suites.

HIGH QUALITY TRADE SUPPLIER

The company gained a Secured
by Design licence for its Elite 70
casement and is now a member
company of the official police
security initiative.
In addition to many other
benefits, a new online PVCu
quotation system is now available
to trade account customers, which
enables instant quotes and also
allows customers to prepare and
print quotations and invoices for
their own clients.

of features to aid with sales
including detailed product
information, specs and technical
