ALUMINIUM
THE ALUMINIUM ATTRACTING
ATTENTION DUE TO ‘SHEER SCALE’
» GARNALEX, THE COMPANY THAT’S
been attracting attention for the sheer scale
of its investment in aluminium, and its
ambition to re-invent aluminium windows
and doors from the ground up for the 2020s,
will launch its innovative Sheerline® window
and door system in Q1 2020.
Garnalex CEO Roger Hartshorn
says: “We’re on a journey to transform
fabricators’ and installers’ experience of
buying aluminium systems and aluminium
windows, by making them easier, faster
and better to fabricate and install, and by
making it easier to sell residential aluminium
windows and doors. We also set out to create
a very beautiful window, designed to appeal
to installers and homeowners.”
The Sheerline name has close ties with
both Garnalex and LB Plastics; as Roger
explains: “LB Plastics, which is now part
of the Garner Holdings group, originally
registered the Sheerline name in 1971.
Sheerline is the ideal brand for a new state
of the art aluminium product range and
I’m delighted this name is a nod to the two
companies’ linked heritage.”
