A partnership
approach to
working together
Alex Hewitt, Marketing Director, Ultraframe
» DURING 2019, AS ALWAYS,
we have put our customers’
needs at the heart of our business
plans. We believe that by really
focusing on their product and
service needs, this allows them
to succeed, and in turn, allows
Ultraframe to succeed.
The last few months of 2019
have been very special for us
and our customers as together,
we have won six national
awards. Three of these were
for installations carried out by
Ultraframe retail customers and
it is fantastic to see their skills
recognised on a national industry
level.
We’re lucky to have extremely
loyal and talented customers and
their drive, passion, enthusiasm
and skill help to make our job
a whole lot easier – and more
enjoyable. The partnership
approach to working together
allows us to embed ourselves
in their businesses and help to
contribute to their success. Our

customers inspire us on a daily
basis when we see them using
their imagination and skill to
create beautiful, warm extensions
and conservatories using our
products, and growing their
businesses in the process.
Looking ahead to 2020, this
customer focus will of course
remain, and we will continue to
do a lot of listening and research
about the issues affecting our
customers’ businesses, so that we
can work on product and service
solutions that will really make a
difference to them.
The market is tough but by
ensuring that our customers have
access to the very best products
and support in all areas of their
business, including marketing,
sales, training and installation, we
can play our part in ensuring they
are best positioned to succeed.
We’d like to wish our customers
and everyone in the industry all
the very best for a prosperous year
ahead.
