DELIVERY AFTERSALES
We’ve learned from our customers that
having reliable deliveries from their supplier
is a top priority; without them, jobs can soon
run behind schedule costing valuable time
and money. At Titan Trade Windows all of
our deliveries are delivered on our own vans
by people who work for us, additionally we
contact our customers two days in advance
of their delivery to give a time slot they can
expect it to arrive. All of this ensures you get
your products delivered in good condition and
on time. Whether we make a mistake or our customer
makes a mistake; it shouldn’t matter, the issue
should be dealt with and resolved as soon as
possible. This is the attitude we have and one
that is so important in a supplier/consumer
relationship, you need to be able to trust your
supplier to help you when things go wrong and
this is something we excel at, we even offer a
remedial engineer to attend site if required.
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
At Titan Trade Windows we are constantly
monitoring the market looking for new trends
that are emerging. Recently we have begun
manufacturing the Optima uPVC flush sash
system, which is available in a welded finish
or mechanical finish to suit the style our
customers require. Looking to the future we
are looking to evolve our aluminium offering
to incorporate more products at even more
competitive prices.
Based in Somercotes, near Alfreton,
Titan Trade Windows manufactures
casement, tilt and turn, mock sash
and vertical slider windows, and,
most recently the Optima flush sash
system. In terms of doors, MD Leigh
Titchener and his team fabricates a
portfolio of residential, French, in-line
patio, tilt and slide, and bi-folding doors;
plus a catalogue of conservatories. A
combination Fab&Fix and ERA hardware
offers the finishing touch for door and
window furniture.
Titan has built a name for itself from
the ground up, on choice of product
and quality units; believing in attention
