SASH WINDOW SPECIALISTS Roseview have topped off 2016 with a win at the prestigious G16 Awards . Wowing the judges with its range of customer care programmes , the respected fabricator was presented with the prize for Customer Care Initiative of the Year at a glamorous awards evening held at the Park Lane Hilton , London .
Focusing on customer care has been a key theme at Roseview over the past year . From opening a new showroom that allows customers , architects and specifiers to view their Rose Collection sash windows in situ , through to developing a range of marketing

JUDE KNOWLES , Operations Manager at Business Micros , was named the Unsung Hero at this year ’ s G-Awards , in recognition of her remarkable ability to organise , support and motivate everyone she works with .
Overseeing Business Micros ’ 16 strong programming and technical support team , Jude was nominated for the award by Managing Director Graeme Bailey because she is what he describes as the ‘ perfect team player ’.
Jude ’ s team handles 1200 increasingly complex software and IT related calls per month and , during the company ’ s busiest ever year in 2016 , she has remained reassuring and calm , approaching every new challenge with an upbeat attitude and real positivity .
Graeme says of Jude : “ She has been an integral part of Business Micros for 16 years and her enthusiasm and commitment have never wavered . The Unsung Hero award is the perfect recognition for all that she does so quietly and effectively behind the scenes without ever seeking out glory or recognition for herself .”
As well as her trophy , which now has pride of place in Business Micros ’ office in Penpont , Dumfriesshire , Jude was rewarded with a prize of lunch for two at London ’ s Savoy restaurant .

REHAU IS CONGRATULATING customers Sheffield Window Centre and Roseview Windows on their success at this year ’ s G-Awards .
Sheffield Window Centre were named Installer of the Year , while Roseview picked up the award for Customer Care Initiative of the Year for their new programme of installer training courses .
It was the fourth year in a row that a REHAU customer has won the Installer of the Year title , proof the company says that REHAU profile remains the fitter ’ s favourite .
