With the festive season well in the
distance, 2015 has truly begun!
And encouragingly, many fenestration companies are
reporting the news of impressive future order books
and large investments in manufacturing and products.
»»Companies like TWR Bifold
Doors, who claim in spite of recent reports
alleging a 7% fall in the bi-folding door market,
is reporting a full order book moving into 2015.
Universal Arches is another example of how the
market appears to be on the up, with the leading
profile bending company seeing major plans to
invest £250,000 at its new premises. Cotswold
Architectural Products, which was acquired over
a year ago by hardware giants, Caldwell UK, is
also reporting steady growth and will inevitably
see an increase in sales during 2015.
To help promote this success, another
year of exhibitions is well on its way. In this
edition, we preview exhibitors of two industry
related events; Ecobuild 2015, 3rd – 5th
March at London’s Excel and The National
Homebuilding and Renovating Show, 26th –
29th March at Birmingham’s NEC on pages
30 – 33.
FourYears of Hard
Work Paid Off
A crisp wintery day, last December
saw the end to four years of hard
work and study for Clearview Group’s,
Madelaine Cornforth,
Assistant Editor.
»»Madelaine, who
joined Clearview Group back in
September 2014, was joined by
her parents and friends at the
University of Leeds on the 16th
December, to celebrate and be
awarded the achievement of a
Masters Degree in International
Relations, achieving a Merit.
Madelaine completed her
four years of studying back in
September 2014, after firstly
studying for a Bachelors Degree
in International Journalism
at Liverpool John Moores
University, in Liverpool, achieving
First Class Honours.
Madelaine commented: “I
