Two more commercial projects done and dusted

OLDHAM-BASED D & M WINDOWS and Doors Ltd has recently completed two large commercial installations using windows and doors fabricated by The Glazerite UK Group Ltd.
First the VEKA-approved installer, D & M Windows, was appointed by contractors Brown & Bancroft to work on the Siemens office building in Congleton, Cheshire, with a three-month transformation involving the installation of 200 VEKA M70 windows, in white, over four floors.
Founded in 2006, by Mark and Darren Hoolickin, D & M Windows has worked with VEKA’ s largest trade fabricator,
Glazerite, for the last four years. Last month, the installer put the finishing touches on another office building, Burlington House, in Crosby, Liverpool, using windows fabricated by Glazerite.

2018: A YEAR TO CELEBRATE
As we come to the end another year, I feel it’ s important to reflect on what our business has achieved during this 12-month period and to celebrate what we have accomplished.

THROUGHOUT THIS year we have invested heavily to improve operations, grow distribution and recruit new people. We recognise that the growth we have enjoyed this year means we must work harder to ensure we maintain, or even improve, our current service levels.
We have added more experience to our Senior

Management Team with the introduction of Garry Brewin, our Operations Director, and Chris Hindley, our newly appointed Technical Services Manager. Our total headcount now stands at just over 160, having grown by over 33 % when compared with this time last year.
2018 has proven to be a highly successful year for Endurance,
|
with our Preferred Installer Network growing by over 30 % and sales performing strongly across our range; we have also seen the launch of our new Endurance Website, a significant investment designed to generate more brand awareness and highquality sales leads.
This year more than ever has seen the composite door become a home improvement
|
product in its own right, and no longer simply an add-on to windows. With positivity paving the way into 2019, we have further ambitious growth targets to achieve, for both our own business, and improving our products and services for our customers.
