BI-FOLDING & SLIDINGDOORS

Big enough to cope, small enough to care

Emerging as one of the region’ s most dynamic fabricators, Liverpool’ s Warwick North West has built a formidable reputation on the back of exceptional quality, fast turnarounds and competitive prices.

ITS SUCCESS RESTS ON AN approach that seeks to balance the hightech manufacturing of a specialist fabricator with the customer focus and scrupulous attention to detail that characterises smaller businesses at their best – an ethos the firm’ s management likes to call‘ big enough to cope, small enough to care’. Today, arguably Warwick’ s greatest strength is the ability to bring the capacity and resources to deliver high quality and quick lead times while still offering a level of personalised service that your average super fabricator could only dream of.
Warwick was founded in 1998, making a name for itself supplying Eurocell casement windows and residential doors to the trade. The company built a loyal customer base and by 2011 had outgrown that initial facility, and moved into the 25,000 square foot premises it occupies today.
FABRICATING SPECIALIST PRODUCTS
While Warwick still fabricate large volumes of Eurocell casement windows and residential doors, it’ s by producing higher end, specialist products that the company has made its name in recent times. Director Greg Johnson explains:
“ We’ ve seen consumer tastes become massively more sophisticated in the last decade. Products that were either extremely niche or almost completely unknown ten years ago have now shifted decisively into the mainstream – and at Warwick, we’ ve been able to capitalise on that. As a business, we were agile enough to quickly respond to the rise of bi-folding doors, VS windows and other complex products – and, as a result, have been excellently positioned to take advantage of their booming popularity.”
In response to this surging demand for stylish, high-end products, in 2015
Warwick launched its Innolux brand – a range of premium uPVC windows and doors, manufactured in house using the respected and installer-friendly Eurocell system, that delivers excellent energy efficiency and overall performance, along with fashionably sleek looks.
“ We created Innolux to help our trade customers break into the increasingly lucrative higher end of the market,” Greg continues.“ With their slim sightlines and modern, architectural-style frames, Innolux products are a perfect fit for upscale contemporary properties, while our authentic-look vertical sliders and flush sash casements open up opportunities in the premium heritage window market too. Both options are stunning to look at, and can easily rival aluminium and timber.”
INDUSTRY LEADING CUSTOMER SERVICE
But it’ s not only its product portfolio that’ s distinguished Warwick over the last few years. The fabricator also prides itself on industryleading customer service, and a scrupulous attention to detail that strives to ensure that every order arrives right the first time, every time.“ We’ re fanatical about the details,” as Greg explains.“ Absolutely nothing is left to interpretation. Every order is inputted and checked twice, which takes a lot of effort- but we’ d rather that than send our valued customers orders that weren’ t 100 % correct. It’ s something that a lot of fabricators wouldn’ t have time for. But at Warwick, we make time.”
Asked what lies ahead for Warwick North West over the next few years, Greg is optimistic:“ There’ s no doubt that we’ re heading into a period of economic uncertainty. But we’ re confident that the fundamentals of our industry our strong – and that fabricators who don’ t compromise on quality and prioritise exceptional customer service are excellently positioned to thrive in the months and years ahead.”
