2016 HAS BEEN ANOTHER successful year for Sidey, with sales across the sectors it serves remaining strong and with various notable contracts in the pipeline for 2017.
Noteworthy product launches in 2016 included the new SolarthermPlus ® Fireframe FD60 door. The Sidey SolarthermPlus ® Fire Door range combines a 44mm composite door slab in a 70mm frame. Tested to PAS 23, PAS 24 and SBD, Sidey’ s fire doors are extremely resistant to impact and attack.
Furthermore, the company launched its new Auto Engage Lock to its Trade customers. This new optional feature for single composite doors provides instant security without having to engage the handle.
Sidey will be further expanding its product range with some exciting new additions in the New Year.
November of this year saw the launch of Sidey’ s KitFix ® microsite, which promotes the company’ s KitFix ® System to the offsite construction market as well as providing industry insight and information.
A highlight for Sidey this year was winning an LHC Award for Delivering Excellent Quality, which was awarded at a ceremony in London in October.
