New Door Frames for Customers
»»Phoenix Doors, part
of MASCO UK Window
Group has added a new
PVCu outer-frame to its GRP
composite door range that
will further help to eliminate
any colour match issues for
installers.
The composite door and
PVCu door panel manufacturer
has added the Liniar white
profile to the dedicated outerframe options for its Phoenix
County Collection composite
doors.
This new addition
complements the existing choices
of Duraflex outer-frames in Warm
White or Brilliant White, plus the
70mm Eurocell composite door
outer-frame system specifically
designed to work with a 44mm
width door leaf. Woodgrain foil
finishes are also available for
most of the three outer-frames
currently being offered by
Phoenix.
For customers wanting to add a
splash of colour surrounding their
new entrance doors, Phoenix can
also offer foiled outer-frames coated
in a wide range of RAL shades to
suit particular requirements.
“Adding Liniar to our range
gives us a great offering to the
marketplace and provides extra
flexibility for customers who can
supply our door with the same
outer-frame profiles as their
windows. This eliminates any
colour-match issues, for example
when butting up sidelights and
top lights,” commented Haydon
Statham, Phoenix Doors’ Sales
Director.

Hoping to Make it Third Time Lucky
»»Balls2 Marketing
has been shortlisted for two
CIPR Pride Awards, the third
year in a row the firm has been
nominated.
Such achievements have been
reinforced by the recognition
from the Chartered Institute of
Public Relations (CIPR) in the
Midlands, who has shortlisted
the agency for the third
consecutive year. For 2015,
Balls2 Marketing is up for two
categories: Outstanding Small
Public Relations Consultancy,
and Corporate and Business
Communications Campaign.
The latter nomination
was secured on Balls2
Marketing’s work for its
client Jack Aluminium. The
Coventry-based commercial
door manufacturer achieved
significant sales growth after
Balls2 devised and implemented
an integrated campaign
that incorporated PR, email
marketing, video marketing
and website consultancy
– representing a return on
investment of 3,932%.
“For anybody in our field,
CIPR Pride Awards are the gold
standard and the recognition
we’ve received over the past three
years has played an important
part in establishing our agency’s
reputation,” comments Sarah
Ball, Client Strategy Director at
Balls2 Marketing. “That said,
we’re hoping that this will be
‘third time lucky’ for us and we’ll
win at least one of our shortlisted
categories.”
