INDUSTRYNEWS Sent with Love Following the success of last year’s Christmas cards, GM Fundraising has commissioned some more cards from the children at Hope House Children’s hospice. »»GM Fundraising worked directly with the children from Hope House to create these unique cards and the drawings. Gary Morton, founder of GM Fundraising, explains: “The Christmas drawings from Hope House this year have created some DIY HELP OUT truly wonderful cards. With Christmas fast approaching we have set ourselves the target of selling as many of these special cards to as many people in our industry as we can. “We were really pleased with the positive feedback and support we received last year, selling more than 4000 cards, many of which were personalised with company logos and messages. Every penny raised went straight to the Hope House Children’s Hospice. “So if you are traditional enough to be sending out a Christmas card this year, send these cards and give money for these amazing children and a very worthy cause during this special time of year,” Gary adds. »»Synseal group companies Masterdor Ltd and Sheerframe Ltd have helped Nick Knowles and the BBC DIY SOS team to transform properties in Manchester and create high quality homes suitable for British war veterans and local community residents.
