PROUD SPONSOR OF INDUSTRY NEWS INDUSTRYNEWS New showroom is thrice as nice » » FRAMES CONSERVATORIES DIRECT (FCD) has further expanded its reach across East Anglia, thanks to the addition of a third showroom. The Suffolk-based installer, and customer of leading VEKA fabricator, the Glazerite UK Group Ltd, has opened up the space in the Norfolk town of Diss, on the site of a former toy shop. Covering 500 sq. ft FCD has cleverly utilised the space to create a spectacular display of windows, doors, bi-folds and even conservatory roof samples. Both the Diss showroom and another in Ely, Cambridgeshire, are additions to FCD’s main showroom in Bury St Edmunds. Owner and Managing Director, Adrian Lewis, comments: “Over the last three years, we’ve worked hard to build awareness of our business and establish a presence in the Norfolk area with a stall in the local market. This meant we were able to generate enquiries and introduce ourselves to potential customers before opting to create a more permanent space with the showroom.” FCD employs 40 people and also owns trade-focused Plastic Trade Frames. The team were victorious at the recent VEKA’s Independent Network Members’ Weekend, where they were awarded a National Customer Satisfaction award. www.glazerite.co.uk www.fcdhomeimprovements.co.uk GLAZING SUMMIT LEADERS DINNER GETS UNIQUE SPONSOR » » UNIQUE WINDOW SYSTEMS HAS thrown its support behind the 2019 Glazing Summit by sponsoring this year’s Leaders Dinner.
