Flush fit windows give modern
twist to town centre development

a contemporary finish to a new
luxury apartment development in
South London, which forms part
of Brunswick Square.
Built on the location of the
former Met Office building, the
Brunswick Square development
includes 83 modern one and two-
bedroom apartments each with
a private terrace, winter garden
or balcony. It is surrounded
by a landscaped public square,
a cinema, hotel, gym and
restaurants, and all within 20
minutes of central London.
The Berkley Homes brand is
synonymous with high quality
specification and attention to detail,
so when it came to the selection
of windows for the Brunswick
Square scheme, contractor SEH
Commercial needed to recommend
products which would not only
meet the high standards expected,
but also adhere to the rigorous
planning regulations for the
regeneration area and match the
aesthetics of the police station, which
made way for the development.
SEH Commercial recommended
