RAPID GROWTH EQUALS NEW ROLE

INSIGHT DATA’ S GENERAL manager, Jade Greenhow, has been promoted to the newly-created role of Operations Director following a year of rapid growth for the business.
In her new position, Jade will have a greater strategic responsibility as well as overseeing the daily running of the business including the firm’ s sales, research and software development operations. She will work closely with Insight Data’ s Managing Director Andrew Scott. Jade comments:“ Data is undoubtedly a hot topic at the moment as GDPR comes into force. As regulations change, the need for a fullycompliant data supplier which can help businesses effectively target new customers will only become greater – and I look forward to helping more businesses through this changing landscape.”
Andrew adds:
“ It has been a busy year with over 50 new customers switching to Insight for their prospect data, direct marketing or CRM software. Jade’ s promotion to Operations Director is a real testament to the fantastic work she has done and the vital role she plays at Insight, whether it’ s supporting her team, her involvement and presentation at the Glazing Summit or her work in implementing and supporting customers through GDPR, she has worked incredibly hard.”

TWO NEW OPS ROLES AT RUDRIDGE

GROUNDWORK AND materials supplier Rudridge has promoted Emma Taylor and Paul Duke to jointly take on the day to day running of the business.
Emma Taylor, who joined the company as Financial Controller two and a half years ago, will take up the role of Commercial Finance Manager. She will be responsible for overseeing the finance, credit services and admin departments and will be key to Rudridge’ s ongoing financial and commercial success.

Paul Duke will move from General Manager of the Farnham branch to become the Sales Director. Paul has worked at Rudridge since the business began, starting off as Branch Manager at Farnham. He will be responsible for focusing on the company’ s sales, operations and strategic direction and leading all Branch Managers, Sales and Estimating Teams.

NEW BDM FOR BOROUGH IT
Borough IT is delighted to announce the appointment of Rob Saunders as new Business Development Manager.

ROB HAS WORKED IN SALES AND business development for the past 18 years, developing his skills extensively and gaining experience in digital solutions, channel shift and transformation.
He most recently worked as Business Development Manager for Capita Software Solutions, where he used his digital knowledge and insight to focus on online services rather than the traditional methods of contact.
Rob’ s remit at Borough IT will be to streamline the customer approach such that communication with the company is much easier and more effective for current and prospective clients. He aims to use his skills to deliver the best possible customer experience.
Rob joins Borough IT at a time of change for the GGF and its group of subsidiary companies following a restructure in 2017. Borough IT was set up by the GGF in 2005, initially to manage the FENSA database systems. Today it provides the IT systems and support for the GGF and its five subsidiary companies, and delivers IT business solutions for a number of external clients.
