AL UMINIUM
COMMITMENT HELPS GROWTH
» » CONTINUED SUCCESS IN THE UK
market has meant that aluminium systems
company Reynaers has outgrown its
existing office and warehouse facilities in
Birmingham.
The new headquarters in Hollymoor Way,
Northfield, represents a £6 million investment
for Reynaers, and highlights the ongoing
commitment the company has to the UK.
Martin Rennie, from D5 Architects,
designed the new HQ. He said: “It was a real
opportunity for the building itself to become
a showroom for Reynaers’ products, and we
emphasised this through the design of the
glazing.”
Justin Hunter, Managing Director at
Reynaers, said: “We’ve moved into the offices
after an extension, complete refurbishment and
refit of the interiors of the original building,
meaning we are now able to double our
current capacity. The envelope looks fantastic
and features the new Hi-Finity corner solution,
Structurally Clamped curtain wall and parallel
opening windows.
“The building of our new UK Head Office
and warehouse is a significant milestone for
us as a team, and also for our customers who
have supported us over the years.”
The premises allow vast stock holding and
will house a dedicated showroom featuring
Reynaers’ commercial, trade and high-end
domestic products, various meeting rooms
and bespoke conference facilities for up to 75
people.

RAPID GROWTH CALLS FOR A NEW FACTORY
Fast-moving Bristol aluminium experts,
The Window Outlet, has responded to
recent staggering growth by opening
a 11,000 square-foot factory.
» » SITUATED NEAR THE
firm’s existing HQ in
Bedminster, the new facility
provides a dedicated space for
the production of its patio and
bifolding doors, not only allowing
it to stock much higher quantities
of aluminium profile, but offer
even shorter lead times.
“At The Window Outlet,
we’ve always understood that
continual investment is the key to
business success,” comments Clive
Uppington, Sales Director at The
Window Outlet. “It’s how we’ve
been able to grow from small
start-up to £3m business in just
over two years. The new factory
is a prime example – letting us
increase our capacity, create a
dedicated production space for
our premium aluminium doors,
and, most importantly, reduce the
lead times for our customers.
“We’re known throughout
the industry for that customer-
first ethos. Offering a 24-hour
turnaround on aluminium quotes,
an accessible bifold builder on
our mobile-optimised website,
and a number of other added
value services show that we firmly
believe our customers deserve the
best.”
