TRUFRAME HAVE recently equipped their sales team with four new Audi A3 Sportback e-Tron hybrid cars, which were inspired by the technologies developed for their Le Mans racing successes in the FIA World Endurance Championship.
Audi first debuted the technology with their R18 e-Tron at the 2012 24 Hours of Le Mans and subsequently one of the team cars was driven to victory, making it the first hybrid electric vehicle to win at the iconic race track.
TruFrame already carries ISO 14001:2015 for their environmental management system and the adoption of hybrid cars, is a further commitment to helping
to minimise their impact on the environment. The new Audi A3 Sportback e-Tron hybrid cars boast impressive emission levels of 37g / km of CO2 and a 580 mile
range from a small 40 litre fuel tank. It’ s also one of the few cars that qualifies for zero-rating in the Congestion Charge Zone in London, an acknowledgment of its impressive green credentials.
David Firmager, managing director of TruFrame commented:‘ The new fleet of e-Tron hybrid cars for the sales team fully supports our commitment to the environment and our ISO14001:2015 certification.”

Smooth Transition

THE PATIOMASTER BRAND continues to go from strength to strength with one of their key fabricators opening the doors to an impressive new factory. PatioMaster South East, based in New Romney, Kent, recently moved to the purpose built premises after construction was completed at the end of December. After a smooth transition the new offices and factory floor were already up and running in January.
“ The move was all about giving us room to increase the scale of our manufacturing process. As the company has continued to flourish, we simply outgrew our last premises and made the move as part of our greater plans for growth and expansion,” Director Simon Spiers explained.
“ At 4,500 square ft the custom-built factory is more than twice the size of the previous site. With a much larger and more modern space we have been able to create an improved working environment for all of our staff, helping them to better help our customers. We’ re still situated to reach all of our existing customers but are now more equipped to meet their ever-growing requirements.”
