A great way to open an Editor’s introduction, all thanks to
marketing specialists Purplex, for including its latest press release
of how they have launched a new video division to help deliver
the latest in video production. Good luck on their new venture.
Banging the drum further in support
of Government campaigns to encourage
more youngsters to seek employment
in construction and manufacturing, the
GGF showed support for the ‘National
Apprenticeship Week’ last month,
and reported on how they are calling
companies in the Glass and Glazing
industry to investigate the benefits that
taking on young people can add to their
businesses.
Congratulations to profile system
manufacturer, Rehau for holding its first
ever ‘Installation of the Year’ competition
and to Caerphilly based fabricator, Solar
Windows, who won. Online voters nominated
the company’s installation of tilt and turn
windows and French doors at residential
housing project Crest Nicholson at Rosewood
Park, Colchester.
This month, Clearview’s special features
include, ‘Fire Safety and Security’ and ‘Glass
and Sealed Unit’. Thanks to Fireco and Jack
Aluminium Systems for their editorials on
fire door safety and TuffX for features on
the development of the company’s glass
products.
