Trojan Group appoints new
Business Development Director
The Trojan Group has appointed
Graham Pearce as its new
Business Development Director.
Graham has more than 30 years’
industry experience in product
and business development and
sales management.
Graham has a customer-focused
approach that puts working in
partnership with the customer at
the forefront of the operation. “It
is only by working in partnership
with customers that a business
can offer the very best in products
and service. That’s very much the
attitude of the Trojan team too and
I’m looking forward to working
with them,” he says.
Graham will also be heavily
involved in new product
development and addressing
the ever-changing needs of
today’s fabricator and installer.

application and Graham’s technical
knowledge with further support
this.

Distinction Doors appoints CEO
in China and four years managing a company
in Germany and brings with him considerable
logistics and distribution experience.
Andrew’s role will be to lead Distinction’s
growth strategy and day-to-day executive
management and he will be supported in his
role by Drew Wright, who will be taking on the
newly-created role of Chairman.
In just remarkable 10 years, Distinction
Doors has grown from a standing start to a
company that turns over around £40m a year.
Distinction Doors has appointed Andrew
Fowlds as its Chief Executive Officer. Andrew
began his new role on 4 August.

Andrew joined Distinction Doors from the
