Making an entrance in Hampshire
» GERDA DOORS UK DISTRIBUTOR Pioneer Trading Company is extending its network into Hampshire with the appointment of Graham Orrin Installations( t / a GO Installations) as trade installation partner. A Gerda Optima 60 in light walnut now takes centre stage at the company’ s newly opened Fleet showroom.
Director and owner, Graham Orrin, commented:“ The Hampshire area is relatively affluent, and we were on the hunt for a premium front door that allowed us to extend our current residential door offering to discerning customers seeking a statement product offering. The quality of the Gerda door engineering certainly places it into a class of its own, meeting the expectations of a certain type of buyer that is on the hunt for a door which stands out from the crowd.”
GO Installations ticks all Gerda boxes in terms of a quality, established window company which is focusing on future growth. As part of that growth, about 18 months ago the company opened a showroom on the main high street in Fleet
– just slightly off the beaten track enough to encourage visits from genuine buyers with a serious intent to buy. In those 18 months it has proven to be a regular healthy source of leads.
“ Gerda is the first entrance door that visitors see when they enter the showroom, and it sets a high bar in terms of performance and aesthetics,” said Graham Orrin.“ While we find most people’ s misperception of an aluminium door is industrial, it does not take long for them to appreciate the Gerda‘ Thunk’ and understand its superior performance and security in comparison to the composite alternative.”
Pioneer managing director Danny Williams added:“ The approach taken by GO Installations in how they have absorbed the Gerda range into its product offerings is a clear indication of how the door responds to a distinct niche of homeowner – the willingness to spend that little bit more for something that is markedly superior.”
