Since joining SBD in 2005, MACO has remained steadfast in its mission to support crime prevention through intelligent design. As part of our ongoing innovation journey, MACO is excited to introduce Sense by MACO; the first integrated smart window and door sensors available in the UK to utilise the Matter Protocol. Matter, one Protocol to connect compatible devices and systems with one another. Smart home devices should be secure, reliable and seamless to use. And with Matter, they are. This means you can mix and match devices from different brands without worrying about compatibility issues, leading to a more seamless and integrated smart home experience. It also removes the requirement for the additional gateway hub.
The sensors can be fitted to new windows and doors during the manufacturing process and they can also be retrofitted seamlessly to existing MACO window and door hardware.
