Colchester HQ grand opening marks a historic day for the company
Chigwell Window Centre celebrated the grand opening of its brandnew 45,000-square-foot manufacturing, distribution, and showroom at Centurion Business Park near Colchester. The event was attended by a packed crowd of industry leaders, VIPs, staff, family, and friends.
This momentous occasion marks a significant milestone for Chigwell Window Centre, a company that was established only ten years ago and has since established itself as one of the Southeast’ s leading manufacturers and installers of premium home improvement products.
The relocation to Centurion Business Park near Colchester represents a substantial investment of approximately £ 4 million. This investment includes the newly constructed premises, which are double the size of the company’ s previous facility, investment in new equipment, and the recruitment of additional staff to accommodate the increased manufacturing

capacity and enable Chigwell Window Centre to meet the growing demand for its products.
Previously, Chigwell Window Centre was situated at the Hainault Business Park, with its four factories and distribution hub occupying various locations within the area. The new building will consolidate all the company’ s manufacturing and distribution facilities under one roof, thereby doubling capacity, significantly speeding up production, and simultaneously reducing the company’ s carbon footprint.
