CWC is headquartered in Hainault, Essex, but recently consolidated its manufacturing and distribution operations into a state-of-the-art facility at Centurion Park, Colchester. This new facility spans almost 42,000 square feet and includes offices, a trade showroom, and charging points.
The location offers excellent connectivity, being adjacent to the A120 and within an hour’ s drive of the M25. The company has invested approximately £ 4 million in this facility, equipping it with advanced manufacturing equipment to enhance efficiency and production capacity. This includes machines like the Aventek Super Cut 6, Urban Quad Head Welder, and Schuco PGA Aluminium Corner Glue Machines.

London and the South East for over 20 years, offering A-rated double glazing products. Renowned for its professional approach, the bifold doors and windows specialist is excited to be able to expand its range of aluminium and uPVC products thanks to the increased manufacturing capacity that the new site offers.

CWC manufactures a wide range of products, including bifold, sliding, French, patio, and internal doors, as well as casement, sash, tilt-and-turn windows, roof lanterns, and curtain walling. The company sources materials from leading manufacturers such as Smart Systems, Schuco, and Rehau, ensuring the highest quality standards.
CWC emphasises sustainability in its operations. The new Colchester facility is designed to support increased production while minimising environmental impact. The company has also employed additional staff to meet growing demand. By manufacturing its own products, CWC ensures quality control and the ability to meet diverse client requirements.

The newly fabricated Schüco products, including the ASE 60 Sliding Door and the AS FD 75 and AS FD 90 HI Bifold Doors, are renowned for their exceptional performance, cutting-edge technology, and elegant design, setting a new standard for high-end home applications in the industry. It also allows CWC to provide even greater choice for customers, ensuring they get the best in design and performance for their homes and further strengthening its position in the market
As part of the company’ s continued expansion Chigwell Window Centre exhibited at Grand Designs Live last month which represented a significant investment for the company, not only the designing and building of a bespoke exhibition stand but also producing promotional material and staffing before, during and after the event. It was the perfect vehicle to show off quality products to the thousands of people that visited the show strengthening CWC’ s reputation as a trusted brand within the home improvement and construction sectors.
